Q. Do I get lifetime access to my purchases?

  • Yes. All customers receive lifetime access to their notes, as well as any future editions of those previously purchased subjects. Any pre-existing customer wanting to get access to prior purchases can do so by either a) logging into their account , or b) using the password recovery service. All existing customers’ accounts will contain the new editions of prior purchases. If you don’t see this reflected on your account, you may have purchased under a different email. Please email us at admin@medstudentnotes.com if you need support.

Q. Can I share my notes with my friends?

  • No. It is not lawful to share, distribute, or resell our notes in any way. Nevertheless, our mission is to make our notes freely available to everybody, even those who can’t afford to purchase the Offline Bundle. That’s why we’ve made all our notes FREE to view in any web browser.
  • A far better option is for you to simply refer your friends to our website where they can study our notes for free, and purchase later if they wish.

Q. Who writes our MedStudentNotes?

  • Our high-yield study notes are created in-house by our dedicated team of qualified doctors from a range of reputable sources. Our notes are in keeping with the medical standards of most western countries.

Q. What notes do you have?

  • All of our notes are arranged into each bodily system and include all the important anatomy, physiology, histology, pathophysiology and treatment principles relevant to each system. You can view them online for free, purchase the Offline Bundle for a huge discount, or purchase standalone notes on any indiviual subject/s you choose. Check out our whole range here.

Q. Do you offer notes in other languages?

  • Currently all of our notes are in English only, however, most web browsers can auto-translate content into any language.
  • Similarly, there are countless free and paid PDF translator programs that can translate PDFs into any language. For example, https://www.onlinedoctranslator.com/en/

Q. Can I see some samples of your notes?

  • Absolutely. All our notes are free to view online, in full, in any web browser. If you wish to purchase an offline copy (in PDF & EPUB formats), you can grab the Offline Bundle Here!

Q. Are all of your notes digital or do you ship physical products as well?

  • The bulk of our customers prefer printable PDF & EPUB files that are delivered digitally, instantly, and can be viewed on any device. We also believe that a paper-free approach offers the best experience for our customers, and is moste environmentally friendly. However, upon special request, we may elect to deliver printed copies of our notes for an additional fee. Email us at admin@medstudentnotes.com with your full name and delivery address for a quote (Pricing will vary).

 Q. Why do we require an address if all products are delivered digitally?

  • Our checkout employs anti-fraud protection systems to validate purchases are genuine. As such, we require your billing address to match the registered address of your payment method. Eg. If your billing address postcode does not match your credit card’s registered postcode, your transaction may be declined.  

Q. Can I pay via PayPal? 

  • Yes, our checkout has PayPal in the ‘Express Checkout’ menu. Please make sure that you apply any discount codes you have PRIOR to continuing to pay via PayPal. PayPal will charge you whatever the Cart Value is at the time you click the PayPal button. 

Q. Why is my Credit/Debit Card not being accepted?

  • All card payments are processed securely via Stripe, which accepts all Visa, Mastercard & AMEX cards. Stripe has automatic fraud protection systems which can sometimes deny a legitimate transaction. If this is happening to you, please try the solutions below:
  • 1. Ensure you have international/online transactions enabled on your card. 
  • 2. Ensure that your billing address matches your card’s registered address. 
  • 3. Temporarily disable any VPN service so we can validate your IP location. 
  • 4. Try refreshing your browser.
  • 5. Try checking out on a different device/computer. 
  • 6. Try the Paypal Card Payment option (Simply click the PayPal button in our checkout, then click the “Pay With A Card” button in the PayPal popup window)

Q. Why does my bank show a debit if my payment failed?

Sometimes your bank may show a temporary debit even if your payment didn’t go through.
This happens because online card payments are processed through several intermediaries — card networks (Visa, Mastercard), currency exchangers, and fraud protection systems. If any of these layers decline the transaction, the payment is automatically reversed.

  • The debit you see is a pending authorization, not a completed charge.
  • The funds are automatically released back to your account — usually within 24–48 hours, depending on your bank.
  • Because the transaction never cleared, MedStudentNotes does not actually receive the funds, so no manual refund is required or possible from our end.

If you still don’t see the refund after two business days, please contact your bank directly — they can confirm the status of the reversal.
You’re also welcome to retry your purchase using PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or another card.

Q. Paying in other currencies?

  • Our store displays prices in $USD. Please note that payment processors may charge a small currency-conversion fee for international transactions.

Q. Why haven’t I received my order email?

  • The most common reason is you may have entered your email incorrectly in our checkout. If you suspect this has happened, please email us at admin@medstudentnotes.com and we will track your order down for you and deliver it manually to your email.
  • Your order confirmation email may have also gone to your junk email/spam folder. Please check these folders to make sure you’ve received our email. 
  • Please note, if you check out via ApplePay, or PayPal, your order confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your payment method. 

Q. Why cant I access my account?

  • If you never created an account at the time of purchasing, then all you need to do is use the Password Recovery service in the Accounts page.
  • Accounts are now required in order to access purchased downloads. If you have previously purchased any of our notes, you will need to use the Password Recovery service to regenerate your account access.

BUNDLE UPGRADE PROCESS:

If you have previously purchased individual subjects but wish to upgrade to the Bundle Deal, follow these 3 steps:

  1. Purchase the Bundle Deal and/or Practice Exams Pack.
  2. Then email us your order number to admin@medstudentnotes.com
  3. We will then cross-reference your previous orders and refund any duplicates back to you within 24hrs. (Please note, the total refund value of individual subjects cannot exceed the value of their respective bundle deal or practice exam pack)
